As a specialised perfumery, this online store produces customised perfumes by merging old-world perfumery traditions with new world tools and technology. The parfumier blends fragrances using French perfume accords and the results of a personality test completed by each customer. The combination of data mining, tech intelligence and traditional blending methods makes it possible to produce perfumes that are uniquely created for the women who wear them.

The Situation

Along with their Shopify website, the store had a CRM and marketing platform in place, but there was very little set up on the platform. They wanted to use the platform to segment their audience into personas, and thereby market more effectively to them. They also wanted to expand their database.
